I believe leadership begins with authenticity, not performance. It is the alignment between what leaders value, what they say, and how they act—especially when acting on those values is uncomfortable and the stakes are high.

Impactful leadership doesn’t come from a title or a set of values posted on a wall. It shows up in everyday decisions, difficult conversations, and accountability—in both what leaders accomplish and how they accomplish it.

I founded Blue Lotus Leadership because I believe organizations don’t change because of inspirational speeches. They change because individual leaders make hundreds of small, intentional decisions differently.

Leadership isn’t about saying what others want to hear or performing for their approval. It’s about having the courage and conviction to do what is right—even when it is uncomfortable.

When leaders’ values are reflected in their decisions, feedback, accountability, and behavior, people trust them. That trust changes cultures and business outcomes for the better.

My perspective is shaped by 20 years of human resources and leadership experience with organizations ranging from local nonprofits to national companies, including private-equity-backed and blue-collar businesses. I have seen the difference between leadership that is talked about and leadership that is consistently demonstrated—and the effect each has on trust, performance, and growth.

I hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from Centenary University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Susquehanna University, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

I’m a proud New Jersey native and live with my husband, Mike; my son, Jameson; our dogs, Kira and Charlotte; and nine chickens. Outside of work, I enjoy riding my Peloton and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Go Birds!
